A provisional ballot is a ballot cast when there’s a question about a voter’s eligibility to vote. Provisional ballots are only counted after the voter’s eligibility has been confirmed. Now, in Democrat cities, over 2,000,000 (over two million) voters went to vote then these voters were told they had already voted then these voters were given provisional ballots then these voters voted then the ballots of these voters were destroyed.  All of these voters were Republicans.
