Patching is changing a tiny part of a computer program to make the program better.  However, a hacker, can send a corrupt patch that makes the program worse instead of better; more specifically, a VAP (Vote Adding Program) can be readied to give Trump votes to Biden.  This is exactly what happened the day before the election.  To make this situation worse, this corrupt patch was sent to over 100,000 computers across the country.  And, to make the situation even worse, the corrupt patch was sent when it was illegal to send any patches, that is, the day before the election.  Finally and most importantly, this corrupt patching changed 5,000,000+ votes from Trump To Biden.
