At least 17 states have used software that assigned votes for President Trump to Joe Biden,  In all, 3,033,045 votes were changed from choosing President Trump to choosing Joe Biden.

So far, we have tracked 400,044 ballots in 34 states that were given a wrong (earlier) postmark (date of mailing) since, otherwise, they would not be counted in the election.  Note that all of these ballots were for Joe Biden.

At least 37 states have violated the law in allowing ballots to be received after election day.

TV stations call elections based on probability, not certainty.  This is especially problematic (“bad”) because probability is only, usually reliable when the universe of data (the “facts in the case”) is normal, not unusual like it is this year.
